Bartram Trail Newcomers Club

The Bartram Trail Newcomers Club will hold their monthly meeting at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 14, at TPC Clubhouse Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra.  Due to scheduling, please note that this one meeting is a one-time change from our normal Tuesday meeting day. 

The May 14th meeting will be a luncheon, the annual installation of officers, and honoring of the outgoing officers. Officers for 2008-2009 are: President, Bev McKnight; 1st Vice President, Lisa Modaff; 2nd Vice President, Linda Hanover; Secretary, Kathy Cosnotti; Treasurer, Sandy Dunn.  

This is the last meeting for 2008.  Regular meetings will resume in September and will be at 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. All regular meetings are at the Geneva Presbyterian Church.   

In addition to monthly meetings, the club has a wide variety of interest groups.  There are various card groups, Mah Jongg, bowling, golf, recipe exchange, evening out, game day, Bunco, book clubs, lunch out, movie and lunch and a very active volunteer group.  

Collection baskets are available at all meetings for members to donate to two ongoing special club projects; Dignity U Wear provides ‘new’ clothing and undergarments for all ages and sexes; Divine Mercy House provides newborn and women’s clothing and personal care items for their home for unwed mothers.  Please remember to bring items for these worthwhile projects.
