Did YOU watch the LWV forum on the Charter last night???I did. Mr. Bowers stated what I have already said, the charter was resoundingly turn down by the voters. That should be the end of the issue, but it wasn't. Points for the Charter were the same rethoric about how a Charter is a good thing. I have no doubt that it is a good thing, but NOT THIS CHARTER AS WRITTEN! When something "fresh" is aired about the charter, I'll listen and watch it. Until then, it STILL recieves a NO vote from this family! I would hope that more than a few will respond to this blog. Last time, Gasbag was the only respondent. Perhaps that short spot on public access was costly...could have been $35,000!!! What do you think Gasbag??? I have YET to see ONE SINGLE THING that is being promugated to "educate" the county at large, have you? WAIT! The bookmobile is coming here today...maybe they will have a flyer posted inside!
