Please go to the Nease website at www.neasehs.com to print required forms and check scheduled days and times. During “Panther Pick-Up,” parents will also be able to join PTSO and sign up for school year volunteer opportunities. Enough is Enough - Sharks
Enough is enough! Every time I the turn around I hear about how the new Ponte Vedra High School is taking valuable resources from Nease. Why do the students at Nease have to loose coaches and teachers. Just today I read this headline "Sharks Land More Former Nease Coaches". Saying, "Tuesday’s announcement that former Nease High boys basketball coach Bud Beech will serve in that same capacity at the new PV High means thus far three head coaches and at least one assistant have traded in Panthers green for Sharks blue." The kids at Nease now do not have a soccer coach for boys or girls! What is going on? Is it not enough that Ponte Vedra Beach now has it's own private high school (look at the zoning map) that now they get to recruit the best from within St. Johns County? Nease is one of the top 100 high shcools in the nation; let's not let zoning and recruiting practices ruin what has been hard earned.
