GOOD DOG!-DOG TRAINING THANKS STUDENTS, ALUMNI AND FAMILIES WITH SANTA PAWS PARTY

Have you ever had one of those days, when you think there won’t be enough hours to get everything you need to do done?  Well, today was one of them! When I woke up Saturday, and saw the fog and drizzle, I thought…”Looks like the weather gods are going to test us today.”  But, I could not dwell on it too long.  As Robert Frost penned, “There are miles to go, before I sleep.”   First of all, I had a class in Julington Creek/Fruit Cove at 9 am, and our GOOD DOG’S 1st ANNUAL SANTA PAWS PARTY was scheduled for 2 pm…rain or shine!  Miserably, it looked more like rain than shine. Since, there isn’t much we can do about the weather, I figured we gotta make the most of it.  So I started pumping in the coffee!  After the third cup, and a quick shower, I was out the door, ready to tackle the day. The sun played peek-a-boo all the way to Julington Creek.  I thought, “Well, at least it’s not raining!”  One by one, everyone rolled in for the class.  Dixie, the Boxer, got there first…and showed me how well she was doing a 30-40 foot recall, off leash.  My little Bubbette!  That’s a female Bubba, for those of you not from the South! Ms.
